Welcome to Loc'd by Elyse. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or scheduling services.

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. A valid payment method and any required deposit must be provided at the time of booking.

Appointments are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation.

• All required deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
• Deposits are forfeited if you cancel outside of the cancellation policy, fail to show up, or arrive too late for your appointment.

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment before future appointments can be scheduled.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, shorten their service, or forfeit their appointment based on the stylist's schedule. Deposits may be forfeited.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

No-show appointments will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Hair length
• Hair density
• Excessive product buildup
• Extensive repairs
• Additional time required
• Specialty services

Your stylist will discuss any additional charges before continuing with the service whenever possible.

Loc maintenance, repairs, reconstructions, extensions, and other specialty services vary based on the condition of the hair.

A consultation may be required before booking certain services.

Pricing may increase if additional work is necessary beyond the original service booked.

Clients providing their own extensions are responsible for ensuring the hair is suitable for the requested service.

Loc'd by Elyse is not responsible for issues related to customer-provided hair.

Due to the nature of personal care products, all product sales are final.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe there is an issue with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will evaluate the concern and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate.

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Clients must inform their stylist of:

• Allergies
• Scalp conditions
• Skin sensitivities
• Medical conditions that may affect hair services

We reserve the right to refuse service if a contagious scalp condition, infestation, or other condition could jeopardize the health and safety of our staff or clients.

Unless receiving a service, children and additional guests should not accompany clients unless prior arrangements have been made.

Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after services for educational or promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to have your image used, please notify your stylist before your service begins.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

All content on this website, including logos, photographs, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Loc'd by Elyse and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Loc'd by Elyse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Clients assume responsibility for following all aftercare instructions provided by their stylist.

Personal information collected through our website is used solely for appointment scheduling, communication, and order fulfillment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
