Please arrive on time for your appointment. Respecting each other's time allows me to stay on schedule and provide every client with the best experience.

• 10 minutes late: A $20 late fee will be added to your service.
• 15 minutes late: Your appointment is automatically canceled and considered a no-show. The card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and I am still able to accommodate you, a $80 squeeze-in fee will be added to your service. Availability is not guaranteed.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• All cancellation, no-show, and late fees are non-refundable.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If something comes up, please call or text me as soon as possible. While fees cannot always be waived, prompt communication is appreciated and helps avoid unnecessary scheduling issues.

Need an appointment outside of my normal business hours or on a scheduled day off?

If my schedule allows, I am happy to accommodate you for an additional $100 convenience fee.
